Please add yourself to our Waitlist and we will contact you when an appointment becomes available.

Please do not add yourself to the waitlist multiple times, you will stay on our waitlist until an appointment becomes available for you.

Wait times

Pelvic Health Initial Assessments: approximately 9 - 10 months.

Musculoskeletal or Vestibular Initial Assessments: approximately 3 - 4 months.

Wait times reflect approximate timeframe from joining the waitlist until we contact you to schedule an appointment.

Referrals

Referrals received from Doctors/OBGs for Physiotherapy Services will be triaged based on urgency.

If you need to be seen urgently, please have your Doctor/OBGYN fax a referral to 877-202-5967 and I will do my best to accommodate.

Existing Patients

For existing Pelvic Health Clients: For your first postpartum appointment please book in for a Postpartum Assessment (1 hour appointment, $185).

If it has been 6 months or more since your last appointment, your next visit will be scheduled as a re-assessment.

Fee Increase Notice

Effective March 1, 2026:

• Pelvic Health:

  • Initial Assessment: $185

  • Follow Up: $125

• Musculoskeletal:

  • Initial Assessment: $135

  • Follow Up: $105

• Vestibular:

  • Initial Assessment: $165

  • Follow Up: $115
